The Voyager 1 space probe launched by NASA in1977 is now reaching the edge of the solar system and is going to be the first artificial object that reaches interstellar space.
Voyager 1 is running away from our solar system at 17 kilometers per second and is holding a gold-plate copper disk and contains “sights and sounds” of earth in 70′s.
This space probe is now 18 billion kilometers from the sun and it’s energy is supplied by plutonium which will last until 2025.
