James Bond “GoldenEye” Reloaded and “Activision” conspiracy?

James Bond GoldenEye to be Officially announced this month

Activision – the forever loving company of doing games that make money – has decided to take another shot at “reloading” (so to speak) the James Bond video game. The game publisher revealed their plan about the new 007 shooter which would be based on the “GoldenEye” (the one played by Pierce Brosnan 16 Years ago).

The official announcement for the game is to release at the annual Comic-Con expo on July 20. At the same time Activision will also reveal their other projects involving “Spider-Man” and X-Men” series, so all and all it will be a very exciting experience.

The rumors suggest that the title of the new James Bond game will be “GoldenEye 007: Reloaded”.

While also we should not forget that the new Bond Movie codenamed “Bond 23” (since it will be the 23rd bond movie made) is set to release sometime during 2012.

Some are baffled as in why Activision chose to remake the GoldenEye while it was not deemed to be the most memorable or the favorite of all the series, but what most don’t know we can explain.

As said once before Activision is a Publisher that will look only for where the money is, just like many other publishers, their goal is not to make quality game but to make profit, sometimes in order to make profit they happen to make a quality game, but don’t be fooled that was just an accident.

Now the reason why the GoldenEye was chosen is because of the Source version of the mod released not too long ago (which you can access here), this mod is among the most successful mods that is on ModDB website, and despite it has been released on 2009, it is still played and cherished, and so Activision thought “Why Not!” and so it began.

The game is release date is unknown and the platforms that the game will be available would be Xbox 360 and Play Station 3 where shooting games have succeeded most.
